I played with a friend a he had world event show up on map and I dont. I still was able to do it but if not him I wouldnt see it
Could use some more information here.
What world event? What world tier? How far were you both on the main story? Did you have all of the map in the relevant area explored already?
Good morning Nephalem! I have seen several comments on the forums, and elsewhere, that the World Boss notifications are not showing up on the map for everyone like they should.
Not sure if that is a confirmed bug or not.
There is a thread on Bug Report with the same issues if you wish to join it.
It was veteran some kind of legion maybe event ? Multiple elite spawn and you should kill them on time. I WAS LIKE 40LVL
Were you World Tier 3? If not, that should explain it.
Ok so with these, these have a tendency to spawn at Strongholds that need to be cleared and do not always show up on the map “when the stronghold has not already been cleared by the player.” So you need to check if your friend had that stronghold both explored and cleared because if he didn’t that would explain why the Legion Event was not showing up for him.

I dont remember if I was finished that stronghold, but it didnt show up for me not my friend. He told me about event and I was able to do it, but it wasnt apeared on the map. Still was able to do it but okey maybe it was becouse I wasnt finished that area
It’s not just you. I’m on world tier 3 all strongholds, dungeons, map done and legion event and world boss not showing up for me on the map. I have to play with a friend so I can actually know when those are happening. Feels bad

Same here, If not my BF who’s play on PS5, i’ll never know it’s bug. I don’t get nay notification about word bosses (I play on PC). He get notification and show me location, so at last I could go and done one. Still after 2 days I don;t get notification. Please fiz it :x
This is still an ongoing problem. Ive never seen a boss timer, only helltide. I want to fight a world boss but i cannot even see when they show. Map is done. I thought tbis game was supposed to be working. I don’t want to uninstall but this is really weaksauce.
