I’ve tried every rune combination with Ceh and cannot get the wolves to spawn. I tried this on 2 different Paladin characters and cannot get it to work.

It was working fine before the patch. I believe they are aware of the bug but I don’t know how long they will take to fix it. Really a bummer

Same here. I noticed that when I look at the details my Wolf icon shows two benefits. First is +25% Crit Chance and below that is another that says the expected Spawn Wolves. So it’s doubled up on what it’s supposed to do and it might be doing the Crit Chance instead of the Wolves or just not doing either because it’s bugged.
