This seems to happen in the newly released VoH-related areas or generated regions (dungeons, pit, etc) that feature these environments.
Really puts a damper on Pit runs in particular.
Edit: Correction, it happens in any environment in the pit. The bug came back~
Edit2: Equipping Storm’s Companion bypasses the bug, so this bug only seems to occur when Storm’s Companion is not equipped.
