I have a question, and couldn’t find answers anywhere. Testing are not conclusive.
If I have 100% attack speed cap from wolves attack speed tempering, will the brutal wolf pack skill point give me the extra 25%, summing up to 125% AS?
Speed caps are very shady, and even the maxroll AS faq page doesn’t address this question.
