Do we get an indication that we have achieved the requirements for this pet? I hit level 20 and didn’t see any new titles or unlocks signaling it.

Be happy you got enough play time to reach level 20. I’m level 50 in queueing.
I got disconnected 3 times it happens you will get there too.
