As a fan of the Corpse Explosion/Blight “Infinimist” playstyle, I was let down when the Legendary node on the Wither paragon board was capped at just 1200 Intelligence. I reached this cap at around paragon level 65.
Researching builds that use this particular board, it is clear that they are lower performing in comparison to other top builds like Bone Spirit, Blood Wave, Minion, etc. Which do not use Wither.
I don’t necessarily think the cap should be completely removed, but perhaps an increase to 1600-2000 would suffice.
