Witchcraft Powers bug

I have a problem, about the witches’ powers, I purchased the power but I can’t equip it.

If it is Hex of Whispers they have taken it offline as it was causing some sort of issue.

We have temporarily disabled the Witchcraft Power Hex of Whispers as it was causing stability issues. We are working on a fix to deploy as soon as we can.
