It is already a playable class: in D3.

VoH would have been the right time to do that and ofc it was missed.

Maybe in a dlc form.

You basically got that in the Spiritborn class.

If we get anything like this it won’t be called WD.

The sales pitch is always “Something new and never seen before in a Diablo game”.

They will copy/paste a witch doctor, add a few demon hunter skills, make it do holy damage, give all the skill new names and call it the Witch Hunter. It will be the only class that runs around slapping mobs with a large trout. (Old IRC reference for us old guys).
