Hi, I’m not sure it’s a bug but I do hope it is. While Co-op on Xbox I received gifts from WinterWard in Kiowosad, but for my partner were not able to get them as well. Which I think is really weird that the tokens I received with higher chance of getting a mythic items is only for person that summons it. Shouldn’t every player get it to have equal chances of getting mythic items?
Edit: also I got 2 tokens not one? Maybe it is a bug. Got 3 chests with runes? It doesn’t make sense
Same issue here - playing on PS5 as couch co-op, my partner playing as P2 went first to interact with the winter ward and got her rewards but now I cannot interact as P1, or even playing as a single player - let me guess, Blizzard forgot to test console couch co-op again - FOR ANYONE ELSE PLAYING COUCH CO-OP, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLAIM WINTER REWARD AS PART OF A COUCH CO-OP GAME - ONLY CLAIM VIA SINGLE PLAYER GAMES
Same here. So stupid. They force us to have entirely separate accounts but they don’t make it so that each account can get the reward?! Sucks.
Yep same here, it’s pretty serious that they keep on making serious bugs for couch co op players from not allowing them to play co op modes like Dark Citadel access to having one person to access the midwinter ward and get the rewards while the other person can’t.

yup same thing. Diablo 4 on Xbox and play Coop. The new season gift received from the statue is suppose to give a one time reward per account. When my co op partner grabbed theirs, it says I am no longer able to receive my reward because I already did?
But I never got it, is there a way to fix the issue?
Same problem here, my partner did not get it. If we knew it before we would have logged separately.
We have the same issue. I got it bring player 2. My partner als player cannot het it anymore. Hope they solve this issue!
