Windows Update Causing PC Reboot in D4 Related to 3080

I received Microsoft update 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023696).

This update was applied early Sunday morning. Sunday during the D4 beta my computer kept crashing. It was GPU crash related with Failed with 0x57 Retrieving AppModel Runtime Status for Package Windows.

I was able to roll back prior to the Windows Update the day prior and my computer stopped rebooting when playing D4.
