So? 6 hours plus, sitting in que to login. This is ridiculous. Blizzard. You need to get of your lazy bums, stop jerking each other off, and get it so XBox players get what they paid for. You have failed to deliver what you promised on preorder. This is a clear case of a breach of contract that can result in millions lost. Is that what you want? How hard is it for you to restart you server? Get it fixed.

I’m so upset rn, I’ve been waiting all day to do anything with this game. I’ve been looking forward to Diablo 4’s release for years now. Husband pre ordered it for us on the 15th, and I’ve gotten the same message all day “You’re too early We know you really want to get started, but you’ll have to wait a bit longer. Check Microsoft Store for release date.”
You are in the wrong version. You have to download the open beta. Search for it on the store, but don’t expect to get to play it. Over 6 hours in que, and still nothing.

Yup I’m in the same boat. Paid $100 exclusively to play the beta this weekend and still haven’t been able to login once. Haven’t backed out of any of the que’s. Been stuck on <1 minute left in que for awhile now on this attempt. I know I want a refund at this point or at the very least half off what I paid.

I’m in open beta and just waited forever and when my queue wait was over it said login timed out! Wtf?!
I’m a little peeved too. How are we supposed to get to level 20 if we can’t stay logged in after spending 1-2 hours getting connected to start with? I’ve been at it all day and spent more time in queues than actually playing the game.
Yup has done that to me three times now. I follow the onscreen prompts doing the verification and it says your xbox screen will update shortly then after about 10 minutes it gives me the timeout error and another 110 minute que. Glad I spent $100 to go through continuous loops of a two hour que and never able to play.
Zombiepuppy, try checking to see if you have a message from the Microsft store on your console. I was in the same boat, could not find the download link anywhere until I went to the xbox dot com website, logged into my account and saw the button to remotely enable the install via the xbox store website. Later I checked on my console and saw a message from xbox store on the console.
The message had the install link. 80 gigs later (about two hours of install time) I’m now queued up, about 35 minutes queue, lol.

Is this an Xbox problem? See many people are getting access on twitter, but I waited for over 9 hours in total in queues. Most of the time being in “queued” state.
I got in at 12pm EST when beta started for about 30 mins, got booted and have never been able to get back in.
Been trying to get on since yesterday only had the chance to make character wouldn’t let me pass that…đź«
I could play for like 7 hours yesterday, now I can’t get in past the error.
I suspect that the devs only work within pacific time and are simply not yet awake. I’d have expected some more globalized workforce nowadays so there is support around the clock, but here we are without any update or just even restoring to yesterdays working state
