Imma just ask now because I couldnt find anywhere else: will ReShade be ok to use? I already want a more dark color pallete because it’s just to bright in areas that were mostly snow.
All third party addons is a recipe for a ban. Nothing is permitted.

You will get no as answer if you ask for permission, but you won’t likely to be banned for using it considering Geforce Experience also has post-processing shaders built-in (NVIDIA Freestyle) that you can apply to games.
Graphics driver changes is a different beast compared to sticking in a third party addon.
Has Blizzard banned any player/streamer using Hearthstone overlay for deck tracking/card scores in arena?
The official answer to 3rd party plug-in/overlay will always be no, but Blizzard won’t necessarily enforce the rule.
It’s the same with Square Enix and FF14, then. I use it there for years now and never got any trouble. Thanks.
You can’t be banned for reshade or client side only mods. Only stuff that messes with memory like hacks. You’ll be fine. But they’ll never officially say you can use it.
As player:
Reshade is fine.
I use it to darken the atmosphere, sharpen the pixels and inject HDR.
The game looks beautiful on my 4K screen.
Truth is I cannot play without reshade.
I was banned from several games for various reasons.
But for reshade… Never.
I played the open beta with the reshade, I plan to play the full game as well.
