I’m just hoping I’m not wasting my time leveling up all my glyphs, just to have to redo them with a seasonal character.
I’m not the official word on it, but given that they seem to reset per character, I can’t see them not resetting per season.

Glyphs will reset, otherwise there would be no point in NM dungeons. The only stuff you’ll get is some renown and Lilith statues. Seasons are progress resets. The exception being made for renown is due to blowback at how boring that content is.
Unfortunately the argument that things would otherwise have no point is sort of already being defeated by other things that don’t reset across seasons though.
Things that people are complaining about and Blizzard is caving on, such as renown and lilith shrines. I could see in a couple years there being nothing you have to do and have everything by just straight grinding the same thing over and over again… or not at all. I could see all renown related things being straight abolished, all waypoints automatically given and all strongholds immediately unlocked.
I can also see glyphs being transferrable across characters like legendary gems.
Only in black and white thinking. It doesn’t matter if a small portion becomes the seasonal baseline.

e: they’re also often build specific. Pretty brutal tbh. Especially with how bad nm dungeons are rn.
