You will need windows 10 to run Diablo 4 to be more specific windows 10 version 1909 minimum .
windows 8 wont work .

Yes. You will need to meet the game requirements which starts at Win 10.

The launcher checks for Windows and graphics driver updates as well so update your PC if you have not yet.
