So with all these complaints regarding Spiritborn, some are justified.
The class is really strong, but not any stronger than Barbarian was when the game launched. Remember how you all complained about the Barabarian?
Anyways, many players picked Spiritborn, it being the new class and all, so there are thousands of people testing that class to output the highest possible damage. If this much attention were invested into another class, I’m sure they could boost the current damage it does this season, by a few factors too.
So, seeing as it all boils down to people copying builds from others, it would be neat to have a mode, where all the paragon points, skills and items would have their own values, but for every account it would be different.
This would result in meta builds not working identically, given that the items’ stats differ from account to account. What I mean by that is, say item X has Crit Chance values between 10%-20% for one account. The same item would have that range be 2%-12%, but another affix would be better.
The placement of paragon points on the boards would also differ, so even if you are using the same board with the same passive on it, they would be located elsewhere having you to design your own path.
Now clearly this would cause lots of problems, but at the same time it would also force people to actually give a damn and create their own builds and experience the game in a way they haven’t before, because they kept resorting to googling “best builds in Diablo 4”.
Silly idea, I know, so don’t hate it for the idiocy, but just play with the idea.
