Now the specific process and method of copying item bugs have been published, if the previous is Blizzard do not know the specific reasons can not be fixed is still excusable, but now are copying the method of the item is a household name, why not fix. Developers are idle?

Only the devs can answer this one and they’ve been radio silent this entire time. All you’ll get on these boards is speculation as to why they haven’t said anything. Take it for what you will.

Think they are collecting evidence and will do a massive ban after the next campfire chat. So if you have been duping… watch your a$$. 
They don’t ban anymore. Last ban wave was in Season 2. I know a lot of people who are mass duping every Season, even on their main account. Still actively playing - I can tell you that much.
Also a lot of casual players who start duping when the vids and methods get released - also no bans.
And third but not least, if you’re scared of bans (and you shouldn’t be lol) - there is method where you can just make new accounts endlessly on PSN and steam without the need to buy a new copy.
