every “adult” was doing exactly what mephisto wanted. focusing on lilith as the threat. they never saw the broader picture. neyrelle was the only one to see the real threat, which was mephisto. lorath, donan, and the swamp witch all wanted to use the soul stone on a lesser demon, lilith. your character finally acknowledged your judgement could not be trusted due to being tainted with bloodpetals and having been guided by mephisto for the entire campaign. you correctly defer to neyrelle who makes the correct decision to use the soul stone on the prime evil instead.
why would she stick around when everyone who she adventured with was so easily corrupted and narrow minded thinking lilith was a greater threat than mephisto? every other character proved they were susceptible to mephisto’s manipulation.
