Why have we not had the Paladin back? One of the best Diablo classes ever. No Holy warrior and no the new junglebook character is not a Paladin. Diablo 4 needs the holy warrior class Paladin or Crusader or Monk even I would rather have the Paladin.

They said they had 3 expansions in the works and 2 I think in active development, so who knows if we get a paladin in the second expansion or not. shrugs
I still stand firm I dont plan on spending any extra cash until they give us the mystic ally monk from Diablo 3

If you base it on lore, after Neyrelle left Kurast, she crossed the sea and then headed north to Ivgorod, home of the Monks…so I could easily see a monk be the new class in the second DLC

That’s… a lot of expansions.
I haven’t kept up with development plans for the games, but I simply figured we’d be getting one or two.
If that’s the case, I likely will wait for each expansion to go on sale for about $20.00 CA before purchasing to save some cash.

They also had the paladin in the D4 story line there are like 2 cabe quests that have a whole thong on Paladin lore but nothing came of it after you finished the campaign mode. I mean a rogue not Amazon when the rogue was the side kick way back when. I want a Hammerdin again. I play on Playstation and now Diablo is behind a paywall. I have to buy the pass to play and they have no offline mose. I really with there was an offline mode. I rarely play with people in this open world setup anyhow. I am with waiting on these multiple expansions. A bit greedy each new class is $50 - $90 that is crazy.
Odd, you shouldn’t need PlayStation Plus to play the game at all, only to use it’s multiplayer functions.
So you’ll be playing Solo with no parties and such.

I’m pretty sure Rod stated that at least two or three times, but it’s possible I got it wrong.
I’m looking forward to the future of D4, despite facing the realization that I may have to put down Sorc since he’s most likely never getting fixed.

You don’t need PS Plus unless you’re using guild/clan features and wanting to team up with people. It’s the same as on Xbox. Basic game services are included.

That’s what I figured. I play on Xbox without Game Pass Core, and would have been surprised if it was different on PlayStation.

Diablo Immortal has 8 classes…
WOW has 13 classes…
Diablo 4, with all of it’s hype…only started with 5 classes. The next class being added is most likely the “Wakanda” warrior to please a certain audience.
Paladin would have been the most logical choice for a launch class, and wouldn’t have taken much more thought to include prior to game launch.
Rogue Twisting Blades is closest we will ever get to another Hammerdin…and even that is underwhelming now with slow AF attack and bitter damage, due to nerfs.
