I dont ask this on troll purpose. I am really curious about it. All diablo games had something in cummon. You had to fight against diablo at some point. In “Diablo 4” it looks like we are fighting against lilith. Where is the connection between her and diablo, am I missing something out?

Diablo is her uncle… quite literally.
As for the direct connection in the context of D4 and how Diablo might reapppear… the game is out in less than 48 hours so be patient.

well, I did not know this. As I understood from Diablo 1, diablo is not even a real person, its basically just the evil in the stone that consumes its host. You will turn to the devil. So diablo been several persons already. I am confused how he can be then liliths uncle
It’s simply the name of the franchise. Familiarity, recognition and the like.
Because making a Blizz Diablo game and not calling it Diablo it wouldn’t sell as much as calling it Diablo.
Also, we will probably end up fighting Diablo, or a summoning of him by Lilith or something, so rest assured.
Thats what I kinda thought. I mean I would be really satisfied if we could fight against diablo at some point
The prime evils like Diablo, Baal, and Mephisto are definitely real… Diablo just can’t physically manifest or be part of Sanctuary without a human host but he really exists nonetheless.
Lilith is the daughter of hatred or Mephisto the lord of hatred(Diablo’s older brother).

AHAHA funny guy. But you know whats really mindblowing to me? Diablo 4 is not even on the full Sanktuario map. its just on the left top and this means you will never see places such as tristram, new tristram, Lut Gholem (Sadly, because I was so excited to revisit it after diablo 2), Kurast jungle, arreat crater (thank god, I hated it in diablo 3) and westmarch, which was rather a more borring and gothic location.
In fact diablo 2 went to more places and spread more throughout the map as diablo 4 does. Diablo 2 is lore wise a bigger open world
you wont see those places cuz they got steamrolled by emo angel in the last game. pretty sure those places are straight up destroyed and gone
No, I dont think they are destroyed. I mean then you could also say the worldstone explosion in diablo 2 caused the whole map to be gone

oh, you are totally right, didnt even think about it. Gotta give it to you, but I hope the other side of the map is not destroyed, because then diablo keeps making a smaller world each game
