Why is Pitfighters Gull (unique ring for rogue) always accountbound?

Even when it drop from Zir.

I don’t see a reason why.

Easy:

  1. They let streamers who care nothing for the game do the testing, if you call it that.

  2. They have no clue what they are doing and care less about the game than streamers.

  3. Profits are all that matter. It would cost more to fix it than if you quit playing.
