No end boss in haunted refuge done like 6 times now fully cleared every time and no festering shambler has ever appeared also ran it for grim favors and couldnt finish
I have also done this dungeon on tier 3, 3 times and the Festering Shambler never pops. Also, i have seen notifications that an enemy hoarde is incoming but nothing happens in this dungeon.
