I have 7 percent resource regeneration from willpower but when I go in my stats it doesn’t show the increased regen
If you hover on Willpower it should tell you how much willpower adds to your passive regeneration. Same for all the base stats in the game.
It says when I hover over the stat but when I go into the all the stats and go to mana regen it just says the flat 10 you get normally. It’d be nice if that number changed based on your other regen stats that would bolster it
7% of mana reagen from will power your base mana reagen is 10 so 7% is something like 0.70+ mana reagen x second so that’s why it doesn’t show in the tooltip from the chara sheet. You need at least 10% to that nice 10 go to 11 wich you will actually see in the chara sheet
yep it’s paltry and meaningless when other classes get regen on every hit
Sorcs get lots of ways to gain mana back. It’s virtually a non-issue.
What are you talking about, you have to sacrifice already garbage damage to get + mana + resource generation And aspects to do it, lucky hit + % of mana back. What are you playing world tier 3?
Nope, I’m level 96 doing 50+ nmd’s with ease.
Been doing 50 since level 85, so your not actually pushing end game is what you are saying.
Stating for lucky hit is useless. Waste of a stat slot. Assuming you are Ice Shards…Avalanche, 3/3 Frigid Breeze, and Fists of Fate/Frostburn keeps you mana neutral.
+Lucky hit is a noob trap.
Take away all of your +lucky hit and test it out. You will see minimal difference in mana sustain.
I have 0 +lucky hit from gear/passives and have absolutely no mana issues.
Yeah I don’t disagree with that and rather stacked mana to make use of the 60% crit sigil. I did not really notice until running 65-70 nm sigils where I had to spam quite a bit more than mid tier 40-50 nm sigils. Also experimenting with other builds that are more mana heavy and deal zero damage. Also not all builds fully utilize lucky hit anyways so that makes sense. I do like the lucky hit chance on fof for the easy immobilization of mobs to trigger devour - I still think regen over all should be higher for the sake of other skills as well. Resource generation does help, however we are losing damage stats that are needed to push higher tier content, and not taking 45 minutes to complete a dungeon where other classes literally can do it in 15 minutes or less. I like to play sorc, but pushing is so much easier on a rogue it’s not even close.
Yeah I like lucky hit as a mechanic…but stat’ing for it just does not add enough % points to my procs to really matter.
I think there is a lot of misinformation out there right now—people are saying that lucky hit is crucial to sorc builds. Some of the lucky hit procs from gear and passives ARE vital…but stacking +lucky hit on gear or taking passives that increase your lucky hit chance is absolutely not vital. In fact it’s probably gimping them if anything by stat’ing for it.
Yea but the name is wrong than, when you hover over willpower is saying resource generation but is base mana regen.
Guess it’s becouse they were to lazy too make the tooltip specific per class and instead went on the generic Road? I Guess🤣
Lucky hit is good if you pick and use a lot of abilities and gear bonuses that use it. It depends on how you build your character. Ice shards build doesn’t really need a lucky hit but some other builds do rely on it a lot more.
