Why does Teleport’s rank not impact cooldown after a certain rank?
Was this capped at some point? I wish I could tell you exactly where it stops going down but it definitely stops at rank 21. Everything beyond that is no change to cooldown.

What does TP mean? I thought you must have been talking about town portal.

Teleport for Sorc.
I vaguely remember them wanting to nerf the ability to lower this cooldown…but did they cap it like this?

Stacking CDR my teleport CD is like 3 secs and it’s only rank 5. What’s the CD at rank 20? LOL

4.77 for me, I need to put more CDR somewhere, maybe when I find 2 GA stuff.
It is 9.14 with 1 rank for comparison.
