Got to World Tier 3 and decided to finish off my last remaining side quests to get 100% region completion. Every side quest gives you a cache and every cache drops World Tier 1-2 Loot…
I havnt seen a since Scared or higher drop from a cache from side quests. Even if I get a legendary it is a normal legendary and not a Scared or higher one.
Fix it!
because you do t1 t2 blood save the keys … then you pony up and ignore the mobs in t3 bloods and pop the chests for full sacred upgrades… then do the same for t4
its side quests for renown not uber gear
Firstly its not “uber gear” I’m asking for level appropriate gear. (you know like how every game ever does it with quests) Secondly should be more then one way to level up and obtain gear. Both of these points are the exact issue I’m making aware via the posts.
