yea like the title, why is the character creation so bad in d4, i guess i shouldn’t care but idk, if you’re going to have some kind of character creation have it be good, even go look at bdo and rip off how they do theirs idc otherwise just have no character creation like d2/d3 lol.

So, let me get this straight… you are trying to compare a story driven game that is known for customization and story-telling… to an ARPG series that is known for it’s combat and itemization? What are you on and how can I get some of it.

Is it wrong that we like hourglass figures on the ladies? No. That’s just normal. What’s not is having flat chested horse faced ladies at the character selection. Western developers… yeesh

I disagree completely, the combat is fantastic in D4… they just ruined a lot of the numbers with the season 1 changes, which made combat less enjoyable… the devs are tearing the game down.
You can like whatever you want… I don’t know where you can find these horse faced women but good luck with it.

Because its a different genre of rpg.
D4 actually is pretty great for arpgs, probably the most in any i have played that are isometric arpg games.
Why does the the new Pokemon series have a new Set of legendary pokemon and Diablo 4 doesnt??!?! Way to go blizzard GG WP.

Why Guild Wars 2 haz funny bunny mounts that can actually jump, you can color it as you want. Yellow furrr with red dots. no prob. Why Guild Wars 2 legendary weapons are like: Glowing and shooting unicorns or tigerz?

See, this is where contrast comparison fails, Baldur’s gate always had better character creation, by which it had it. d1 d2 d3 none, bG1, bg2, bg3, yes.
D4 spent some resource’s on this part of the game development, First in the genre.
Now , if they add some for free, Even better, If it becomes a only MTX thing, Very Bad.
Still its the most, we have seen in a diablo game, and they choices are good, also isometric with limited camera angles so, too much would be a waste anyways.
and for example my barb is gonna spend 99% of the time with a helmet on anyways.
They should add the staple barb hair cut though. For Free.
While I see your point, character creation is not specific to a genre. So it goes both ways.
Honestly, I don’t care that blizzard decided to make everyone ugly so that the sensitive players would feel better about themselves.
When I played, I just went with a random character face because I am done with identity politics. So I want to get past that BS as fast as possible.
