I’m playing season 4 in WT 2 and just hit level 30. I haven’t bought a single thing with gold that I didn’t have to. ie: No weapons, armor, or even elixirs.
I cannot afford the 150k for the healing potion. I’m short by about 20-30k.
This is weird. I’m also not new to the game. I have 2 level 90+ characters.
Maybe it needs rebalancing.
OR, maybe it shouldn’t cost money to upgrade the healing potion, and it should just happen when you get to the right level.

my last potion upgrade i still can’t get cauz i keep getting items to roll / spend on lol
it’ll settle once im more or less satisfied with my gear.
It was startling to me as well, and I have 5 level 100s haha. Soon to be 6. I was not expecting gold to be this hard to get in S4. But overall it’s a good thing as it increases the value of gold for trading purposes.
Do a Whisper though and you’ll have a good chunk of gold to get that upgrade.

It is very simple. 10 grim favors for the tree of whispers and you have more than enough money for the upgrade. In WT4 it gave me 6 million, but I believe this is random. The bad news is that the tree of whispers might be bugged at this moment. If it is, they might fix it in some hours or during the day
