Why do things not calculate?

Tried Building a custom fire barb build
Rolled fire dmg% temper on my sorc on ring because i cant roll fire dmg% on barb
put ring on barb
0% extra fire dmg.

Why and why is it designed that way when diablo 2 could do it by proxy.

I’ve tried so many custom builds now, and unless it has a purple or gold item that has set skill in its name, dont even bother. let the items tell you what to do.

I have been trying to figure out why bleeds do no damage to vulnerable enemies when I have 29 ranks on cut to the bone.

It is a pointless exercise trying to understand it, save yourself the sanity that I lost and just embrace the fact that Blizzard does not want Barb to exist at the moment.

I know im using a different classes temper for another class, but if the item says what it does, it should work on all classes, but i hear you on the basic stuff as well.

I also built a bleed ww barb, testing my dmg.
I got lucky and got a 4GA Xfals with 180% bleeding dmg and vulnerable dmg.

I tested my bleed dmg on the dummy, equipped the ring and i do like 3k more dmg per bleed tick.
Idk how 180% dmg over time, 90% vul dmg adds like 5% to the dmg.
even added ammys to your equipment for dmg over time%, literally test your dmg without them, out them in, it literally changes nothing. wtf does 100% extra dmg actually mean?

There is probably an unintended x0 somewhere in the formula when bleed gets added in.
