Hi, i already own the Vessel of Hatred dlc, which i bought for 40$. Now the Lord of Hatred dlc is out,and it also includes Vessel of hatred. Why do i have to buy something i already now ? You should offer a discount to those who already own this dlc. Or at least,you should add a feature to uprage Vessel of hatred to lord of Hatred for 20$

VoH is for free included in the purchase of the new expansion.
