Why did lillith just go "no you" on me?

Hey.

After trying lillith for a bit (keep getting one shotted by shadow orbs :>) I managed to stun her after surviving that first mech phase, But she did not die? Just stopped at 1 health.

She then released more orbs and i died.

I’m just confused, why is she not dead end of bar?

its ok my mom failed physics at Brown and turned out perfectly fine
