Dear Developers
This morning I was unable to login to the Game Diablo 4 on my account. You guys send me an email and say my account is banned.
I want to know why my account is banned?
I still play the game every day. There are sales transactions. I bought an item for 200,000,000 gold. And I also sold some of my equipment.
What I want to say here: " I never received 1 USD as you said exchange of in-game property for “real-world” currency. Again: " I did not receive 1 USD from the delivery. translate gold
You banned the account in a very unreasonable way. Give me an answer. I spent a lot of time on the game.
If you don’t like me, give me my money back
One more thing, the armor equipment I bought for 200,000,000 gold I still keep in my inventory. I bought equipment to use. Why did you guys lock my account?

You need to delete the entire post.

If you want to contest the account ban, you need to put in a service ticket.

Well, breaking the forum rules and posting in the bug forum is not a solution. This is not a game bug.

Just follow the link from my first post. Submit a Support Ticket
Then click on “Different game”, then “Contact us”.

If you leave this thread up, you will probably get a forum ban as well.
