They did specifically say that they are looking at ways to improve overpower, so it’s not like they aren’t aware. I’m sure some of these things are bugs and some are intentional choices (for example, not working with vuln and crit seem like intentional choices to make overpower it’s own thing and to give you the freedom to stack life and fortify with it and ignore crit and vuln).
