I’m traveling to the pylon locations on the map, but they don’t appear. Some do, some don’t. Other players are waiting too, hoping they will spawn. What’s up?? It’s a waste of time to see a pylon on map, travel to it and then it isn’t actually there!

Same problem (xbox series x). it looks like everybody is having that problem because I see everybody running to an area that’s empty.
Also seeing an old problem creep up again. After collecting 100 motes and going to the altar, it doesn’t let you deposit them to kill the 3 bad guys and get the 3 whispers. Oh, this game is just getting worse by the “patch.”
