Why are new difficulty tiers Gated by levels?

What you say makes perfect sense… the game should suggest a progression aligned with what we want. If I play with a goal, everything will be easier and I can be in torment 2 at level 40. What’s the problem with that?? If they don’t want to for people to be carried do solo challenges, you must complete pit 20 solo to unlock the new torment. I like more difficulty levels, he’s a better designer now. We’ll be in the end game faster now but these blocks are bad. Another detail why ancestors can only fall at torment level 1?? This makes the climb useless, they drop with great rarity at lower levels. The game must always be aligned with fun.
