The Druid design is basically created solely for Werebear form animations. It doesn’t work for those who wanna use Werewolf or pure Caster. Please add an option to play a Druid who’s more like the Diablo 2 one.
The shapeshifting looks really bizarre for Werewolf since the Human form is far larger in all directions than the Wolf. You’ll look skinny and just grow tons of fat out of nowhere when you shift back to Human.
Why’s the Druid the only class to have such a massive visual change from Diablo 2? Bring back D2-style Druid human form for those of us who want a character like that in D4.

Honestly this game is quite expensive (at least in my region) and the game having worse character customisation than even Immortal is a bit silly. The game was very fun but I hope they improve this in the full version… Even if they can’t get body sliders for whatever reason (though some very basic ones aren’t very hard to make tbh) some face sliders would be nice.

Eeee , well , from my point of view, they look pretty damn cool , like people said , they don’t have that muscular shape , but they have that strong man shape, have you seen Thor in gow? He’s pretty damnnn big but … damn powerful …
Idk where they took their inspiration ( just kidding ) —>probably: Dagda , the Celtic wise god of the Druid ( and many other thing’s ) who been portrayed as fat, big , etc from the Christian scholar … to reduce this god to a laughable caricature…
But, I agree maybe a better option for the body build would be nice … in gow They made atreus be a shapeshifter powerful bear ! I want a atreus shape !!! XD

Most people, especially warriors in time had that body type. Look at most of the heavy weight fighters in the world, the really big ones have large body types. The chiseled abs and 1% body fat muscle build ideology came from the greeks. Everyone else from other societies looked and aimed to have quite different bodies. Plus, it just would make sense for a wilderness man to be large like that rather than movie star lean.
That film lost money and the actor for thor was so insulted by the portrayal he quit the marvel movies outright, are you sure thats the shining example you wanna use? lol.

What is this typical television image?! Your brain has already been reprogrammed by the media. Now I will know this. A druid does not have to be, as you say (or rather, be, as you have been led to believe on television) : - muscular. He is a druid–his strength is in his mind and in union with nature.

sooo… you didn’t read diablos lore on the druid then, stop mixing up general fantasy with this games specific lore, we know how druids should look in diablo and living at burger king model is definitely not it.

So to summarize character visual design feedback is not valid feedback to you simply because you happen to be in the minority of people who think its fine?
Characters being visually liked by players is super important and you being upset over that fact does not change it.
Also plenty of mechanics feedback is being given as well you just choose to ignore those threads.

I agree, idk why they didn’t add customization for their body… they added lots of other options including like 30 different earrings/piercings but no body customization? I don’t really mind any of the other classes even tho I am now other ppl are upset about some of them… but druid already might be 1 of the less popular classes and now you’ve turned a lot more ppl off from them… myself included

Yes, they need a more aesthetic body type option. Doesn’t have to be jacked just something that doesn’t look obese and lazy.

They don’t strike me as fat, the strike me as the body type you see on weight lifters and strongmen/women, because the build muscle but don’t aim for that “cut” look that body builders get, but everyone envisions “body builders” when they think strong.

druids are martial artists and are taught this art starting as children, how many martial artists to you see that look like strong men? none because actual hand to hand combat values muscle groups that make you look lean and muscular.
Stop it with this bad faith strong men argument its getting old and the lore says what type of warrior they are so stop bringing it up.

I mean there is sumo, and im sure i could find others. and its not a “bad faith argument” since only commenting on their look as it stands, if you want t argue that this isn’t the sort of body a druid would have based on their training fine, I haven’t dug into their lore enough to argue that enough one way or the other, but i can comment that i dont see that it looks obese, or fat, i can see what they went for and i dont agree with that take on it.
