I currently have Trembling Hands, Gurgling Heads, and Blackened Femurs in my S5 inventory. According to the patch notes, only Malignant Hearts should be dropping:
Summoning Varshan now only requires Malignant Hearts. Trembling Hands, Blackened Femurs, and Gurgling heads have been removed from the game.
They can all be transmuted 1:1 at the Alchemist so it’s not a huge deal but they definitely haven’t been removed from the game like the patch notes said.
