I have the 13 materials required (15/13).
I clearly have the gold needed.
Am I missing something? Or did I just get Blizzard’ed as usual?

Some extracted aspects only can be imprinted on certain types of gear. for example. Aspect of Exposed Flesh can only be imprinted on a ring. (Not sure what aspect you extracted and are trying to imprint) but my suggestion is to check if this will work for weapon/offhand, glove, or amulet.
Not sure if this issue has been resolved but sometimes you need to have more gold than it costs to complete the imprint. If you have 2-3x the amount of required gold it might work.
Edit: nevermind I didn’t actually check the image you posted lol. I’ve also heard leaving town, doing some other activities, logging out and back in can resolve this. It looks to me like the imprint is valid, the game just thinks you don’t have enough gold.

If you are going to take a screenshot, hover your mouse over the item preview so that there is some useful information in the image. You are probably trying the imprint the wrong type of aspect on the ring.
