Why is it if I gamble, go to the vendors, or open my tree of whispers cache I get normal (not sacred or ancestral which should be the drops for t4) rares in T4? I legit made it to T4 on my own solo yet Blizzard punishes us by giving us rares for completing more difficult missions and causes us to grind more in order to get properly geared for the tier level. Yet another infuriating choice the developers made in order to frustrate the player base with questionable design decisions.
I don’t think you understand how crafting works fully. Finding a rare or legendary with the stats you want are the same thing. Unless you hit the lottery you’re going to have to imprint a (hopefully perfect) aspect on top of any legendary you find anyways. The odds of finding the affixes and the aspect you want on the same legendary are tiny. So you have to usually find the rare with the stats you want and the legendary with the aspect you want.
Need to fund “ancient rares” and sell the rest
Why do white or blue items exist in the game? No reason at all its an after thought at this time
Most of the systems are about 80% complete so the future seasons or dlc feel exciting imho
More importantly, why do quests drop 4 leather or a chest a chipped gem in wt4?
Because nobody play tested or cared about player tester feedback or qol
Just ways to slog out a game for stock holder number targets
All my orange items were yellow once upon a time. Every single one of them. Super annoying the only value most legendaries have are the aspects after you extract them. The chances of getting the stat roll and good aspect roll on a legendary is damn near impossible I guess
Every Rare I get is $12k-$30k of gold. I still smile.
No I don’t think you understand the point of my thread. It’s not that I’m still getting yellow gear in t4, it’s that they are neither sacred or ancestral. They are normal rare items in t4.
T4 should not be rewarding players with normal rares for completing missions at all. I worked to get to a more difficult level. The rewards should reflect that

No, we’ve got to have the lower tier items drop as well. That makes the thrill of finding a good legendary all the more special.
