Seriously… how drunk or stoned was the designer that created the Unique Rogue item “Eyes in the dark”?`

It is by far the worst non sense item I have ever looted. And the best is you get it dropped like 100x more often than any good unique item. I destroyed more than 12 so far -.-
I never saw a Doombringer, or any other really useful and game changing Unique item as they were described by you.

As long as Aspects and Affixes are essential there will never be room for Uniques.

Uniques are a joke, there is like 1-2 usable ones and the rest is there to annoy you.
