Whispers of the Dead: Adventurer + Unable to Craft or Salvage Sigils

I am unable to progress in the Whispers of the Dead: Adventurer quest.

The quest is stuck at “Objective: Choose your reward”, but I am unable to choose any awards.

I am not sure if this is related, but I did a nightmare dungeon (Tier1) and upon completion I didn’t realize a UI was going to appear for me to choose a reward. I ignored it while I tried killing a few mobs which were still around before I realized my character was in a protective bubble. By the time I was ready to make a selection the UI disappeared and I was no longer about to make the selection.

I am not sure if it is related, but I am also unable to Craft Sigils or Salvage Sigils as the options are grayed out for me.

I’ve also got the exact same problem.

Same, please fix this. I changed world tier after filling the bar and now i am also stuck at “Objective: Choose your reward”.

Edit: The quest must be done in specific world tier to complete.
