Completed all objectives within the Whispering Vault dungeon, currently under the Tree of Whisper objective, however, it is not giving any credit to completing the dungeon and unable to turn in.

same issue. no favors after completion of dungeon. no objectives to complete other than complete the dungeon.
Same bug, in the same context. Trying to complete a Whisper, defeated the boss and the Whisper remains. Tracking the Whisper, I’m told to “Complete the Whispering Vault”.

Encountered same problem today. Something is registering as complete as it has given me the Aspect, which I did not have before. However, not awarded any Whispers.

Same problem today. WT3 nightmare tier 5.
Still happening, WT3, doing whispering vaults as a nightmare dungeon, killed the Tomb Lord, all objectives met, But the glyph experience pedestal doesn’t spawn and I didn’t get credit for the kill.
Slightly annoying, especially as loot has been nerfed so i didn’t even get much gear.
