tree of whispers is not working for me. I have 10/10 favors, but when pressing A i have no reward only a empty window already restarted changed dificulty and nothing

same here. tried refunding and reloading and… nothing.

same issue. xbox. “Choose your reward” but then 2 blank sides.
It doesn’t work for me either It doesn’t work on a PC either.
I logged into Diablo IV on my Xbox Series X and received an error message saying that I needed to wait a few minutes due to an issue with saving my game data.
After a couple of attempts, I was finally able to log into my account and play with my only character. I had already completed the required Grim Favors, so I went to the Tree of Whispers to claim my reward.
However, when I interact with the Tree of Whispers, the reward selection window appears completely empty. I am unable to select or claim any reward, which also prevents me from turning in my Grim Favors and continuing to complete Whisper activities.
Because of this issue, I am currently unable to participate in World Boss events or complete any Whispers.
I have already tried logging out and back in several times, but the issue persists.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue, as it is preventing me from accessing a significant part of the game’s content.
I’m the same game working fine but then fill up the grim favours to 11/10 and I can not turn in my tree of whispers. when I go to collect it is a blank menu and will not let me turn them in. It’s limiting my item return, keys, materials and season progression
