NEXT CORE SKILL GUARANTEED TO OVERPOWER… so i use whirlwind, which IS a CORE SKILL… does NOT overpower, i have to cast a DIFFERENT core skill for the overpower to work
Channeled skills can’t overpower. I found this out trying to use the Xan rune to snapshot rogue dance of knives to overpower every hit. It mentions this in the overpower chance tooltip “Damage over time, passive abilities, and Channeled Skills cannot Overpower.”
