how do i know which weapon is used for whirlwind?
since the skill is able to use any kind of weapon i was wondering how i can set up which one it uses.
is it the weapon equiped with highest base stats, highest dps, highest item lvl?
if im specced into bleed or bludgeoning dmg its a solid question
Either A) it auto selects the most powerful weapon.
or B) If you hit *button (S I think?) you bring up a list of skills you have active. You can select Whirlwind (or whichever skill) and manually select which weapon you use.

Correct. I didn’t play a lot of Barb, but I discovered it durring the server slam. I was unaware of it previously.

Combination of the Whirlwind Barb, and the Singing Barb. Makes sense to me lol.

as for the question itself i sincerely don’t know i apologize.
Like others have said, as a Barbarian you can pre-select which weapon will be used for EVERY skill that has a choice. This enables you to play around with 2H blunt weapons for more opportunity to proc bonuses on that, or with a slashing for maybe a bleed build or something similar. Litrally any skill that CAN use a different weapon can be selected, some of them are locked into 2 handers, for example the double attack in front of you can only be done with Dual weild. I believe Whirlwind can even be done on 2 x 1Handers. Combined with the Barbarian weapon techniques there can be some interesting combos.
