Which Build to go?

Hi,

I am level 71 Druid. Just got tempest roar uniq.
I have the mad wolf glee too.
There are 2 builds.

Lightning storm and Tornado Wolf.
Which better to go with and from Maxroll or Ice veins ?

I always say this because the RNG rolls has blessed you based upon the vast data and complaints of your other fellow druids. FWIW, I’m same level too and still do not have TR. Ha.

Maxroll requires mad wolf glee. ice veins not. why ?
Gems are different too. different build ?
