i get crap happens with a launch , but supposed to be 2 days, and we cant even play an entire day. blizz didnt have a shift for this launch to make sure everything stayed working and keeping us up-to-date? same stupid error all day and same generic response.
servers down?
it was working fine for me all day, then i get kicked as my friend gets home to log on for the first time so we can play and neither of us can get on, keep getting stuck at “queued”
Servers went kaput about 40 minutes ago, give or take, seems people are just getting unable to login errors after sitting a queue that has gotten increasingly longer.
wonder if blizzard was too cheap to hire someone to watch the servers overnight lol
Sounds about right… A little announcement or communication from Bliz wouldn’t hurt!!
they prob sleeping
yeah, this is pretty bad tbh. you expect maybe some other hiccups in game but when you cant even get in anymore because their login servers take a sh*t, like always, it gets more frustrating when they put time constraints for people this weekend when login servers restrict access.
LMAO and you’ll still be $100 in the hole 3 months from now when the game actually launches complaining about the same things.
This is like…the standard for Blizzard on a launch. Might as well be a beta test of the beta test so they have a smooth open beta next week.
Nobody is forcing you to eat that price tag, refund the game and play something else, it’s just a game.
woah, i was just making a joke for us to laugh at man, chill.
Support team is probably, i dont know, trying to diagnose the issues on the servers? This is beta. This is what a beta is. You should expect issues.
I dont think they expected this turnout.
They know how many copies they sold
I think they have dozens of teams, hundreds of developers on rotation staying up day and night during the beta days.
Sure but I literally just bought mine hours ago and hopped in, they can’t see that coming
They can make some pretty educated guesses at the number of people that will buy last minute. What really screwed them was probably the KFC promo, that they decided in their infinite wisdom would be a good idea.
probably sitting in their own playroom and enjoying offline / internal version
