so basically im using a guide for side quests cause ocd wont let me just play a game normally and multiple quests in scosglen involve this bloke named Artair but heres the thing i cant find him apparently he spawns after you complete feral moon but ive done that already and hes still not where he should be is it another quest that needs to be completed or something like does anyone know cause its driving me mental

Wraithstead in the western part. He should show up as a quest icon but…
i can see the npc standing there but no quest icon/option to talk to him. i only need 2 more quests for 100% and its blocked now :S
Broken totem. It’s in a chest that u can see from the back stoop of the inn in the village with the lady that asks u to massacre bugs. Then he tells u to kill bears for the last part.
what inn in what village whereabouts? i tried EVERYTHING. its the last quest i need
