Where Pulverize shockwave aspect?

I didn’t see it in the codex of power. I’m level 49 now and collect a sacred weapon that boost Pulverize from

1022 - 1250
to
1730 - 2115

The catch is that I already use the original legendary and imprint this aspect on a better rare while leveling.

If I understand correctly I have to wait this legendary drop until I can change weapon as right now I do more damage with my 501+20 rare than the 658 sacred item.

The aspect is on the weak side of the balance 128%

I guess I have more time to find the legendary for it’s aspect… is there any spot to augment the odd to drop it or it’s just RnG?

Some Aspects may only drop from a specific char level onwards. My first Shockwave Aspect dropped @lvl 70 and now as frequent as any other Aspect it seems.

Shockwave is only obtainable from a dropped legendary, so rng. You can somewhat shift the odds in your favor by looking for 1h helltide chests, 1h tree of whisper rewards, and 1h weapons (totems) at the obol vendor.
