It is still the 12th. 9:46 PM PDT, Blizzard time (Blizzard’s HQ is in Irvine, CA). Patch maybe in another 12 hrs.

The patch won’t be released until the period of roughly 10 AM PDT - 1 PM PDT, as has been the way it’s been done since D4’s launch. Patch times, when specified, are always based on the PDT time zone. As such, even if the patch were to magically happen at 12 AM, it’s only 10:25 PM PDT right now.
TL;DR: You’ve got about twelve hours to wait for the patch.

9 hours ago it was not the 13th in the majority of America. It may have been on the east coast, just barely, but that’s it.
Blizzard is based in Irvine, California. Where it is only now just hitting 6:33am on the 13th. This means that 9 hours ago it was around 9:30pm on the 12th.

It will probably be done at the usual time of day. Around 1-2pm EDT… find out very soon.
There’s still like 4 hrs left until patch deployment time on the 13th.
Everyone else got the patch but they left you out because they don’t patch people who don’t know how time zones work.
