its only been 1 day technically. its 6am in california, they arent even at work yet

Its 6:45 pst. If they come out today its over 2 hours before ppl start to get to work.
They are on someone’s desktop in a file called “patch-notes-draft-final-final-draft-final (9).docx”

Tomorrow sadly. Was originally hoping it would be today as well, because typically they have campfires on Thursdays with notes soon to follow. Ah well.

Prob 98 days from now. The next campfire chat is in 121 weeks and the patch notes always come out 3223 years after the campfire. All 9024477 pages of patch notes - usually.
Monday was a federal holiday. Just like trash collection day, it gets bumped forward a day
