Im on the location marked on the map and he doesnt spawn? Bugged?

and he spawns on the north-east side of that area. just get close enough.

Which location. You have to go to him multiple times. Is it the initial finding him? There is a small camp in the top right of the zone. Walk inside the camp and he will show himself.
Yes im in the camp but he is not there
He’s part if the VoH questline. Just keep doing the quest and you’ll find him
Must be a server lag issue I personally encountered and lost npc chat progress… just resrtat your pc launch the game within a 5 min timeframe should fix it (severs are about to break
Sidenote: the servers are so crowded the mount menu is laggy and choppy af atm
You need to click on the workbench to get the prompt, that will trigger him
